Medior SAP HR Consultant bij PassKey

The Medior SAP HR consultant will work within a team responsible for the development and support (functional and ABAP) of SAP BW, CRM and R/3. She/he is responsible for delivery and configuration of solutions into the corporations HR (R/3) system. The consultant must be able to support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment of solutions, and post-production support/maintenance functions as well as documentation, and end-user training. The consultant must have a good overview on all running projects and is responsible for the compliancy of the solutions into the current/ existing blueprint. The consultant must be a counter part for business department in the process to define sound and consistent business requirements.

Relationships
He/she will report to the functional team lead and must be able to work closely with other team members and teams (SAP BW, Operations, R/3 functional teams, etc.). Furthermore this consultant must be able to effectively interact with Business departments to gather/develop requirements for projects, enhancements or identification of problems in the production environment.

Responsibilities and Authorities

  • Responsible for delivering impact analysis for our internal HR-department. Business requirements have to be projected on (standard) SAP functionality; alternatives should be considered and proposed. The consultant should support the business department in defining business requirements.
  • Responsible for high quality and timely delivery of projects (HR-OM, Payroll)
  • Responsible for a seamless integration of new solutions into the existing system/architecture.
  • Analyze and correct production problems as they occur in the SAP HR system.
