• Reporting to the ICT Improvement/Development Manager
• The IT Training Coordinator designs and coordinate ICT training courses of all ICT users. You’ll deliver training courses and ICT inductions. Key responsibilities include:
  - To Ensure HR records are accurate in regard to ICT training and Qualifications
  - To Monitor the effectiveness of all training and to ensure the company maximises return on investments
• Play a full and active role in the Technology refresh programmes
• Ensure adequate technical knowledge exists within the ICT Team
